WERK Jock TOny?

Anyone remember the name of a jock at 990 WERK in the late 70s, Tony ____? Younger guy, went on to work at WOWO. I recall one time there was a gas leak in downtown Muncie and he reported live from the scene (from a pay phone, pre-cell-phone era kiddies) ... station stayed on past sunset since it was a public emergency.

Tony Robinson. Went by the name of "Crazy Tony".

Tony Robinson is Hilarious. I never knew he could be that funny. After he hit the road he became a frequent guest on the Bob & Tom show. He was great.

Talked to BillShirk.com in person today in Indianapolis. Shirk says he's on the West coast now. Jocked for Shirk at WERK back in the day. Claimed he was pretty funny.
