Have they found a way to do anything with the signal strength, especially at night? Station's fine by day...but hit about 6:00pm and they probably cannot receive the signal at their own studios.kaufer said:It's great to hear a real pro on 970 AM WBLF, word is theres a new lineup coming on the 26th, sounds pretty exciting! We hear Dennis is coming to town! Kudos to the Magnum folks, finally a real talk line up!
Who'se slamming? When they bought the station, they were quoted in the CDT as saying they were aware of the signal's limitations and they were planning on trying to address that. They did manage to fix the signal issues on 105.9 with the State College repeater, so how was I to know if they worked something out for BLF or not? It was a legitimate question.kaufer said:Really, can you ever say anything without it being a slam against another station? Are you aware of FCC regulations on signal strengh? How long have you been in radio? Don't you think that if they could, they'd do something about it! It is what it is and they seem to be working hard to give the public good talk programming! That's what my previous post was about!
