West Coast DX Alert: Flea-powers are on day power

A couple stations that are supposed to be on flea-power are on day power tonight. I'm hearing the following two

790: KSPD Boise, ID: New Log #374. Good signal at 8:00PM tonight w/ ID KSPD Boise. Should be on 61w, but sounds like it's on the 1kw day power.

1010: KIHU Tooele, UT (or is it?): Fighting w/ CBR Calgary, someone that sounded like KIHU was heard under w/ christian talk. Should be 13w, but sounds like 35kw critical hours power.
