Looks like we're off to the races with the LPFM settlement window. At closing time Tuesday, the FCC accepted over 190 LPFM applications for filing. These are mutually exclusive apps in the Western U.S.
I think it's safe to assume that the FCC is about to announce the next round of LPFM horse trading (or horse thievery if you move too slowly.)
We are assuming that they will allow major changes to break new facilities out of existing MX groups. Such as moves more than 5.6 km and channel jumps of more than +/- 3 channels or +53/54 channels.
