Western NY Station for Sale - Which one is it ??

Could not read my tone, but I would have been disappointed if u were calling it quits.
DavidE, buddy - I KNOW and HAVE SEEN the turn around.
It went from WRECK to WECK.

It is Eric v. And sincerely im sorry.
Also, I have been feeling buffalo is
A small radio market - I love my home town
But I've been trained to think it is a small city/ market.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Cheers

Agreed 100%! Really, in the end, any designation(s) - like so-called 'small'/'medium'/'large'- are absolutely arbitrary.

That, in few words, is the summation of this discussion.

At one time, when there were about 300 rated markets, Small, Medium and Large were sets of 100 markets each.

Of course, that left out hundreds of areas that were not rated at all. I never learned what we were "supposed to call" those unrated markets...

The sticks? Podunk? Flyover country? Or was this in the days before air travel? ;)

FWIW, I saw the below at radio4sale.com. Kinda ambiguous about exactly where the stations are. "Western New York" can mean a lot... not just Buffalo area. "Central New York is sorta huge.

UPSTATE NEW YORK STATE
Your choice of TWO very successful small-market radio clusters in Upstate New York - Choose from Western NY or Central NY. Seller Financing Available. Both with owned real estate.

Apology accepted! People can read into anything, but to quell your thoughts even more, I will be adding stations, not selling. I am having too much fun!!!!

The only AM in NY I could find with two translators isnt anywhere near "Western NY", even by a brokers often loose definition of market or area.. but I obviously missed something.
