Westminster's WTTR on 102.3 Translator

Many mentions on air but no mentions online yet, licensed 205 watts from their AM tower. I'm wondering if this could be an issue for DC's WMMJ? I'll have to see how far it carries driving home. In the Westminster area the frequency is usually a mish mash of Carlisle, PA's WCAT (Red Country) and DC's WMMJ "Majic 102.3".

Overall a positive thing the county has it's own radio station on FM again.
