Westwood One and Larry King

This may be old news to ome but I just read where Forbes Magazine coniders WW1 as a company in severe financial shape. The article said WW1 was not renewing the contract of the "great" (?) Larry King.

Why would anyone think this guy is so-o-o-o fantastic? Clearly this guy has a very obvious attitude problem. How many times has this jerk cut off senior citizens or others who were having a harder time of enunciation their question or comment?

Larry King is just as worthless as Monica Crowley. Both should be gone!!!

From what I recall, the Larry King radio show, for at least the past ten years, has just been a rebroadcast of the CNN TV show. He stopped doing original live radio back when his afternoon show got canceled maybe 15 years ago.

You are correct, BigA. The radio show is just TV audio, and has been for years.

King's basic successor on the now-WW1 (ex-Mutual) late night shift was Jim Bohannon, who now airs 10 PM-1 AM ET. I can't remember when he moved from overnights.
