WEWS regains the lottery

Well I'll be darned...John Baylor was right.

Channel 5 is resuming as the home of the Ohio Lottery as of July 1.

They'll have all the drawings as well as "Cash Explosion"...just like the good ol'days.
 
I wonder how and why WEWS got the lottery programming again. I thought they would stay on WKYC for a while. Maybe 5 was able afford them again after airing the new 7 and 7:30pm shows.

Speaking of, how are 5 and WOIO doing with the new 7pm programming? I also think 19 should've gotten the lottery shows to go with Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!
