WFAA: QUIT DUMBING DOWN THE WEATHER

I watched Troy last night do the weather forecast just like he has always done. After he gave the 5 day forecast here comes ol"Pete to explain why we are having a cold snap this weekend as if he was teaching a 2nd grade science class. Troy always explained why the weather was "fixin to change" now we get a "talk down to" approach in weather. If Wfaa keeps this up they will soon be mired in 4th place in the ratings.

I have already quit them for my morning news. I am thinking Troy and I might quit the 10PM news at the same time.

Everyone knows this... it just doesn't make it any easier to watch.

WFAA is going to do everything it can to make Pete a part of our nightly routine. Once Troy retires we won't have this Team Weather silliness. The sad part is, by the time that happens, their audience will be further eroded.

Not to mention the fact that Pete Dull-kus doesn't know diddly squat about weather. His weathercasts are simply reciting of predicted highs and lows.
