*************3 points on AAR in Middlebury
1. Addison County is not the most liberal-friendly area in VT
2. local merchants and businesses would not support it with advertising $$$
3. college kids do not get diaries (while WFAD is not a ranked station, it is always a consideration)
As far as the "I give up" move
1. One of the biggest money making venues on WFAD is the local sports coverage - which could be continued under the sports format...
2. Another big seller are the red sox...
3. Between the two...profits should remain the same....
