Originaly owned by Roger C. Peace family, publisher of The Greenville News. Now separate from WFBC radio and the newspaper, became Your Friend Four, now owned by Hearst after previous owners Multimedia and Pulitzer. One of the legacy TV broadcasters in SC, along with WIS-10 in Columbia, and WBTV-3 in Charlotte, which also serves SC.
