Marty was also a ham radio operator, callsign KA9WTD. I remember working with him @ both WFCF & WFOY. At WFOY he'd strum his guitar in the control room during his shifts. He'd also listen to the SSTV ops on 14.23 & loved to ragchew.

I worked with Marty and subbed for his Sunday Evening Blues Cruise several times. Marty left us too soon. He was a good guy and had a passion for the Blues. RIP my friend.
