WFDD Banner on Public Roadway

Anyone notice the WFDD banner hanging over University Parkway in WS? Bet none of the commercial stations can get a banner up there!
 
Banners on the University Parkway and Third Street overpasses in W-S are reserved for non-profit organizations (many of which take advantage of this service). The fees are incredibly affordable, and if you contact the City within their time frame, it's very easy to get a banner hung.
