WFEA-AM Approved For License To Modify (?)

I don't recall ever seeing an application for a license to modify WFEA-AM. A check of FCC files indicated that they may have an STA for DA-1 using the nighttime pattern because of a nearby tower owned by someone else (cell phone tower?). Gee, I'd hate for them to consider moving to another location, thus saying good-by to the B/K stick they're now using. Maybe if that happened, the tower could be kept in place as an historic place. And didn't they consider moving YEARS ago?

The 6/30 grant is in response to form 302-AM which is for direct measurement of power. In this case it appears to follow repairs to the daytime phasor which must have cause a change in operating parameters.
