WFLA's On the Grill over?

Dominic, aka Fester, aka Tony Fatso, was out for a while, then he comes back, and after not listening for a week I find out the show is done. Leo Laporte will air 5 hours Saturday. Any reason given? The podcasts haven't been updated since April. I assume he's still part of MJ's show.

Captain Mel's passed on over a year and a half ago, and WFLA's podcast page still has some of his old shows.

Speaking of (well, not exactly) I actually enjoy what I presume are paid-for hour blocks on Sundays, the Duncan Duo (real estate-related questions) and Ask An Attorney with Joe Pippen. Well, I'm probably the only person listening. And I actually listen to some of the gardening show (I have since the Whiddon days). They now also have Frank Wuco following for two hours who I guess is live and local, and has been around somewhere before though new to me. Right wing of course but at least fresh vs. more rehashed OxyRush from the Friday before.

And speaking of (well, not at all), does anyone know where Sharon Taylor and Jeff Fischer (sp?) are these days? This morning, Jack Harris mentioned to Tedd to "put on the Judge Taylor robe" and make a ruling about something, which caught me off-guard.

Last I heard Jeff was gainfully employed by Glenn Beck in New York. I have no idea what Beck's recent evolutions have meant to Jeff. I'd like to know what's become of Sharon as well.

Glenn is moving his operations to the Dallas area. Wasn't Jeff an ultra-liberal? Sounds like an odd pairing. Jeff did have good pipes for radio.

Jeff used to be liberal, the WFLA indoctrination worked though :p

Sharon had gone back to school to become a certified EMT last I heard, though I haven't spoken to her in several months. Hard to get a gig somewhere when you're ripe nowadays.

As for Tony, I don't know what the cause is, but I can only assume it's health related. I don't listen to MJs morning show, but I recall he has some kind of disorder? Might just be trying to cut back on what he can for now.

Tony aka Fester was recently diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and spent time in the hospital. I suspect it is due to that as well.
