WFLZ Middays Live?

Are WFLZ's middays live? I was listening today, and as I was driving, I heard Katie mention a traffic back-up on I-275. As such, it seemed that she was live. I know that "Katie" tracks middays at Y100/Miami.
 
Katie is from Tampa (even says on her Myspace page), so yes she's live and local.
