WFMZ 69 on-air job opening

WFMZ has a traffic/anchor job opening listed on their web site. It is described as a traffic reporter position for various radio stations and occasional fill in on TV. It's a split shift position. My question is: is this in addition to Rick Edwards (the current TV traffic guy) or is it to replace him? My guess is it is in addition to Edwards but I don't know. ALso, which radio stations to they provide traffic for?
