WFNX App to move transmitter to Boston approved

Since when have 'FNX's ratings "plunged" ... Last summer, they were 0.6, then they went up to 0.8 for three books, then back down to 0.7. So, they are either up 0.1 from last year or down 0.1 from the last book. Either way, they look pretty steady to me.
