WFSB Channel 3 Looking Different

I know they have a new News Director and all. But he is making some good changes to Channel 3 WFSB. Early Warning 3 Weather looks good with their upgraded Doppler 3000 now Early Warning Pinpoint Doppler. New Weather set and new add ons to the news set. WFSB is looking good as if they already weren't. And just to add this new guy used to be the ND at WPRI 12 in RI, guess he is trying to make WFSB just like WPRI or even better.

Now only if all Meredith stations get changes like this (especially Flint / Saginaw's WNEM).
 
Channel 3 is supposed to be moving to Rocky Hill in a couple years. Why are they making any changes at 3 Consitution Plaza?

To confuse Scott Haney long enough. That way, everybody can sneak out the front door, head down I-91 and leave him out in the cold! :)
 
A couple years is a long time in the tv business. Why should they wait? And moves often get delayed too. I don't see any reason they can't move this new equipment to Rocky Hill if/when they actually move.
