Anyone else notice this? Is there a point to this very blocky duplicate? Is this there for some future purpose?
 
It looks absolutely horrible and serves no purpose, other than to take bandwidth away from Eyewitness News NOW on 3-3. While we're on it, why do we have channel 8-2 (blank screen) and 20-2 (duplicates 20-1 with a 4:3 picture)?
 
8-2 is actually a scrambled SD feed. I know little beyond that about it.

I do know, however, that WSAH plans to lease that subchannel to repeat its programming should they receive their wish and get moved to ESB.

3.4 last night was actually showing a different program than both 3.1 and 3.2, but it was painful to watch with the audio a few seconds behind the picture, so I didn't stick around to see what was broadcasting then. Maybe they will show syndicated programming at different times on that subchannel.

20.2... I did not get into the digital game to see The Tube. I'm sad I missed it, I love music videos.

8.2... is there anyway to de-scramble it? I'm curious to see what's on it.

Also 59.2 will give you horrible nightmares if you sleep with it on.
