WFSJ - Newark/Columbus OH - Guardian Television Network

The LPTV comes from National Minority Television, which, as I understand it, is a group owner of many TBN affiliates.

Which, as of this month, are actually TBN-owned stations. National Minority TV was owned by Rev. E. V. Hill, who was closely affiliated with TBN. I guess after Hill's death earlier this year, there was no one who wanted to run the station group.

Yeah, I noticed a bunch of transfer apps going through at the FCC from NMTV to TBN.

I think it's nice that Guardian was able to pick up an LPTV after selling TBN their full power. It means they'll still have a voice on air in the Columbus market, and if they don't get a local group to put on the .2 Network they can still run it on an O&O.
