What about engineers? 
That question made me cackle out loud. Ask ANY engineer...we are ALWAYS the last one to know. Typical lead time on a format change for engineering is 90 minutes to 3 hours. Only in cases where a massive studio rebuild is necessary is the engineering dept in the loop.

Ramsey was the number one show (even better than Hannity) on WWFT...the rest of the station could not get any traction at all. I thought the line up was pretty strong...you would think a station with Ingraham, Hannity and Savage would do pretty well in the ratings. I don't think WWFT gave it enough time. FM talkers don't instantly become ratings winners...people need to get used to hearing talk on the FM band. It may be different with WIBC (because of their brand in the market) though.
I haven't seen an Indy book, but I recall the PD saying that Hannity was the only one even attempting to carry the station. Perhaps Ramsey's ad in Talkers lists him as #1 with transgendered Christians 25-44...
BTW, if Savage's numbers were bad, I'll tell TRN to F themselves on Ingraham, Savage, and of course Doyle. The lineup is pretty decent as it is if they can get Hannity back in PMD.

Looks like Hannity was carrying the station to me. He couldn't even keep the cume that Ramsey gave to him.
Well, I certainly don't doubt your numbers. I just thought the PD said Hannity was the top guy - I remember reading that his AQH was about 1,600 which is about what you post for 12+. That is interesting, although not entirely surprising. Ramsey has the type of show that appeals to FM listeners that might not typically listen to talk. Hannity is very successful but appeals to more of an AM audience.
