WVIA-FM has a translator in Clarks Summit at 90.3 ... Perhaps that is what You heard.

I think WFTE is broadcasting...or testing. I was driving home from work about 8 pm on Wednesday and picked up a talk radio station on 90.3 between Daleville and Tobyhanna. It sounded like progressive talk. It does not reach Scranton if I was hearing WFTE as I lost it near daleville.
