WFTV and WDBO Same Incompetent Management???

Do any of those in management at these two stations actually do anything??? We know the answer when it comes to WDBO. How about WFTV? These highly educated college graduates are up to it again! Somebody wrote a story on their website recently making reference to "car breaks"! Then there's that girl on camera with the fake voice...Rene somebody. Ridiculous is the word that describes her execution as she is trying and trying to sound as if she has this deep, deep voice. You'll notice how her voice cracks regularly which is a dead giveaway she's faking it.
 
My advice to you is to quit your job and accept the $8.00 and hour wage or free internship (for those in charge of the website) if you can't stand hearing about "car breaks".

Um, I assume you are referring to Renee Stoll. She is frequently on air and many newscasts lead with stories she is reporting.

Her voice is not "fake" and she's given multiple reports on WFTV. In terms of "cracking", how do you know she doesn't have some sort of vocal spasm or birth defect that would cause an issue (not that I've ever noticed any "cracking" anyway)

Why would a reporter even try to fake a voice. That doesn't make any sense.
 
I agree with you II...it is ridiculous for someone, male or female to use a fake voice but it does happen, especially with females. That doesn't happen much in larger markets but every once in a while you'll find somebody who does such nonsense!
