WFXO to return to Sylacauga

Found this today on the Sylacauga News Facebook page. WFXO has been granted a CP to move the transmitter back to the Sylacauga area and will be under the "Marble City Media" umbrella of stations there. New COL is Stewartville. Here's the link to the story:

I never really understood why the station moved to Ashland in the first place. It's not exactly a bustling market or an area of growth, as far as I know. The rock simulcast with the station up near Gadsden was such an odd choice since it didn't really city grade Anniston at the time. Now, as far as I know, it's still urban but in the most rural area imaginable.
