WFXT blacked out on Verizon Fios, again

This is the 3rd time since November 2014 that the Boston Fox affiliate has gone dark on Verizon Fios. All 3 instances were after Cox Media Group acquired the station.

Oddly, this article from the Boston Globe says it's also "blacked out in Providence" but Verizon doesn't carry the station at all in RI:

A contract dispute with Cox Media Group has led to a blackout of local channels, including Fox affiliate Boston 25 News, as of Dec. 15.
