The Valcom is IN the golf course. It can be clearly seen from the door of the Pro shop. It's about 600 feet out into the fairway. It's a 94 foot dark brown fiberglas pole with a sphere and what looks like the bottom of a CB ground plain radials at the top. It sits in a fenced in area; the transmitter
building is about 150 feet away from it towards the Pro shop.
Everything is being remoted to the WSRO/WBIX Studios on Mt. Wayte Avenue in Frmaingham, Massahcusetts even though, WFYL will have a local studio at the Pro Shop..
Sign on is Tuesday Morning at 9am.
If someone could get pictures of the Valcolm(that was a cell tower, Rob) and possibly an aircheck of the sign on, I'd appreciate it........... I'll post them online. Just drop me an email.
