WGBH is on Twitter...

And I have to say this is one of the dumbest Twitter accounts I have seen as far as a TV station goes. All they ever tweet about is the show that is currently airing on Channel 2. Here it is:

Are there any other TV stations out there that do this? I think WGBH is always trying to "stay current," but sometimes what they do isn't very sophisticated. I've noticed this from watching most of the "Coming Up Next" promos they have in between shows, and the voiceover announcements they usually have during credits. It's usually for some show that airs on Channel 2, no matter how popular the show is.

Maybe if the account tweeted some of the transcripts of the programs closed captioned by the service underwritten by WGBH - "The Caption Center" - it might be a little more interesting.
