According to the FCC Call Sign database, Clear Channel requested WPTI on Dec 12. http://licensing.fcc.gov/prod/callsign/main.html

Although the query lists a date of December 10, and a Clear Channel address in Tulsa, OK... but calls there start with K, so it's probably a decoy...
