WGBX 44.4 not being shown in proper ratio

I've noticed that for the past few weeks, WGBH 44.4 (Kids) has been shown in 4:3 stretch, knocking off the left and right sides of the screen. I've also noticed the 2nd audio program is off as well. I noticed this on both cable and over the air.
