Forte Family Broadcasting is selling N/T WGCH-AM to Gideon Fountain & Jonathan Wilcox's Greenwich E-Radio LLC for $105,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing. WGCH-FM translator W288DL is 10 watts on 105.5 - 1490WGCH is 1kw. Is that all a low-power AM/FM combo is worth these days? Especially in Greenwich, in Fairfield, one of the richest counties in the country? I couldn't buy a house in Greenwich for 100k!
