WGCI and B-96 ratings Drop

Does anyone have any input as to why WGCI and B-96's ratings have been dropping like a rock lately? These used to be the HOT stations in the Chicagoland market. Seems like in every ratings book they are getting lower and lower. WGCI came in an number 18 overall and B-96 was 19th. WGCI is especially noticeable because they were the top station in Chicago for years. What happened?
