It is due to the recent sale of WGEZ

WGEZ did sell to the Polish Alliance. This is probably the death knell of Beloit radio. WBEL went to the Sports Format a few years ago, and basically abandoned Beloit. Now, WGEZ, after years of apparent mismanagement and finally being sold, will serve as a simulcast for signal expansion...

at least for now. Future plans... who knows? But, it would be wise to get out of their existing studio space and do something, anything, more cost effective. Gotta bring this property back in line profitablilty-wise.

Yeah. <Snorts sarcastically> I'm sure the FCC would be outraged.

Last Friday, they were doing local programming in the morning, but have apparantly dropped Rush Limbaugh? Do they still have the Spanish stuff on Saturday?

rumors are a classic country show could happen on the weekends..
