WGFA Watseka

When did WGFA flip to ABC's Hot AC format?

The station actually sounds pretty decent...a whole new energy seems apparent as opposed to the old AC format from ABC.

Good choice, Justin. :)

WGFA? I bet evryone is DEAD who was there when I worked there in the 1960's. They were always a bit ahead of the curve. They even had "Superfun" in the 1960's.

Labor Day 9am... It's not ABC... we brought much of our programming back in-house. But technology rocks. Thanks for the compliment... And no not everyone is dead...

Wow! I thought it was ABC...sounded a lot like the way their hot AC format is presented. Sorry about the error, but regardless, the station is sounding pretty good these days.

What automation system do you use? Audio Valut, I noticed there were segments of dead air the other day. We had the same issues not too long ago. Just wondering.
