I need a little information concerning WGFP 940 in Webster. A elderly relative in Webster has asked me what has happened to her Country station, WGFP. Seems her morning drive persons have been replaced and other changes made as well. Trouble is, I live in Virginia and have for 35 years. The station didn't even exist when I lived up there. Since the station doesn't stream and the new Web Site doesn't really say much, perhaps one of y'all can dig up some information for me so I can pass it on to her. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
 
At the bottom of the staff page, it says that the two mornings guys "Joe G. & Derek Moison have been waking up the area for years! Now they have decided to take some time off from doing the morning show".

Joe G. & Derek Moison are now doing afternoon drive from 3 - 6 p.m.

Thanks DavidZ. I was recently informed by the person I was seeking this information for that the wayward duo had been found.
 
I hear tell that WGFP calls are named after a relation of Ed Perry owner WATD in Marshfield, maybe an uncle??
 
I imagine their nighttime fleapower is reaching farther now that AM 940 in Montreal is kaput.
