WGIP am 1540 Sold

$325k is a lot of money for a station with zero revenue, reputation, and is a true daytimer by definition. WDCD @ 1540 (formerly WPTR) from Albany with 50kw booms into New England and the Maritimes @ night. Wonder if the real estate, equipment, if any, was part of the deal.
 
I'm not sure how much there would be in terms of real estate. I took a ride by there a month or so ago to see if there was any sign of a taller tower being built for 107.1. There wasn't, and it appears that the old studio building has been sold and is being used by another business (might have been some sort of doctor's office, I forget).
