Mimi Strawn is out at the Portland CBS affiliate after just under 2-1/2 years on the job. Word has it they had a bad November book. Last month Maureen O'Brien was escorted from the building at WCSH after a four-year run as their ND. Meanwhile, former WMTW and WGGB ND David Baer is out at WXXA in Albany, NY in anticipation of their news department and other operations being outsouced to crosstown ABC affiliate WTEN.
