Chicago station WGN has apologized after using a holocaust image in a graphic for a Yom Kippur story. The holiday began at sundown Tuesday, and the image–the patch Nazis forced Jews to wear–aired as an over-the-shoulder during the station’s 10 p.m. newscast.
Marc Kaplinsky took a photo of the graphic and asked on Twitter, “nobody thought that’s a bad choice of photo?”
