WGN Raadio simulcasting WGN TV news at 10 PM

If you are like me, and notice this late last week, WGN Radio will be simulcasting the 10 PN WGN TV news which will also include the nightly Cornavirus report at 10:30 that have taken the place of GN Sports, that WGN TV debuted earlier this year, but with no sports being done, they have put it on hiatus, as what can they even talk about for a half hour? Robert Feder has the report as the opening story in his Robservations column https://www.robertfeder.com/2020/03...ht-wgn-radio-simulcast-channel-9-news-10-p-m/ . A WGN Radio source was quoted at saying "We are going to do it for at least a month or longer depending on how long we are in this period". They are also calling it "critical for an out-of-home audience heading to work shifts, truckers etc."
