WGN Radio Leaving Tribune Tower

Looks like the Tribune Tower will have new owners. Exiting the tower next year will include the Tribune and WGN Radio.

The New York Times hasn't been on Times Square in over 20 years. The Washington Post sold its historic headquarters too.

That is not as far as Dean Richards is reporting as WGN Radio still has a lease to be in the Tribune Tower for not only for where their Allstate Showcase Studios but also where their offices and news, sports and traffic rooms, where they also operate 2 studios upstairs that some hosts can also broadcast their shows from if they don't want to be in the Showcase Studio like Nick Digilio and Rick Kogan. Now can the new owner kick them out before the end of the lease is up, is another question for another time.
