WGN-TV 75th anniversary programs

WGN-TV has been broadcasting an interesting series on the station's 75th anniversary. The segments are airing weekly on the 9 p.m. newscast.

The most recent (Feb. 2) covered cable television and "the rise and fall of the Superstation."

They have been devoting a lot of time to these programs. They have a lot more material to work with than the program marking WGN radio's 100th anniversary last year.
