It's just a live stream from WBRZ 2 Baton Rouge

Only stations I can catch in Bayou Area currently on TV from New Orleans is WWL TV- 4 Everyone else is off the air.
I am able to catch all 5 main TV stations in Baton Rouge... WBRZ and WAFB running hurricane coverage, WLPB,WVLA,and WGMB running normal programming

Also while checking the feed, found this under employee message:

Yesterday we learned that the transmission tower located east of New Orleans is intact but the transmitter is under water. Pat Mullen and John Reardon from Tribune Broadcasting will be visiting the area tomorrow to assess the current situation and determine next steps.
