WGNY 1220 Reaching New York City

I just received WGNY 1220 today on my new Grundig Field Radio GS350DL Super Radio. The signal is good to fair reaching Queens, New York. Anyone else heard WGNY far away ?
 
Interesting you should mention this. Yersterday 1240 in freeport was off the air and I heard 1230 and 1250 here in Nassau county. Fishing around a bit I heard something just above WPHT. The TOH ID was for WGNY and WDLC. I thought it would be a one day occurence but with 1240 back on I still heard a barely listenable WGNY .
