According to the WGNY 1220 Website they will switch today 11/23 to their HD stream...

They have this message on their website...

Please note the audio quality will improve shortly!
We will be working on our Audio on Thu 11/22 between 8am & 5pm
and will switch to HD stereo Audio on this stream on Friday 11/23

However as of 2:41 PM 11/23 I checked their stream as shown below 32 kbps 22khz stereo...
