WGNY-FM Off The Air

I just listened to the station this that this morning, WGNY-FM is off the air, but when I checked that 1220 AM and 95.7 translator is mentioning 98.9, but 98.9 is not being heard at the moment. It's been a week since it first came on the air, I don't know happened to 98.9? Could it be a technical issue due to the weather? I hope WGNY-FM will get back on the air at 98.9 ASAP.
