WGNY-FM on 96.7

I've seen this post that WTSX which was a country station at 96.7 in Port Jervis as "Cat Country" has flipped to a simulcast of WGNY-FM's "Fox 103.1". They did the same thing with 97.3 in Poughkeepsie which was covered by "The Wolf" where it is also at 94.3. Anyone heard the news?
