WGPA moving it's studio

WGPA just tweeted the following:
We here at WGPA will be moving our studio's in the next ninety days! We will keep you posted!

Pretty interesting.....wonder where they are moving to.

I have not heard anything new. The website doesn't seem to be working and you currently can not stream audio or video from the site which was primarily how I listened.

The new studios will be located in the actual Bethlehem, in Israel.

Kidding, of course.

Will the tower be where it is now?

Fwiw : While not exactly gangbusters, WGPA reaches us daily.
We're on the exact far left border of that map, directly west of Tamaqua.

We did hear WHLI Long Island here one sunset. WGPA would have been on at the time, too, because their sunset is later than that on Long Island. But that little guy gets out for 250 watts.

The Law firm has totally cleared out and WGPA while a little late in moving to the new location should be fully there by monday. Bud Williams has been working hard.

I am glad they are going to be moved in to their new space. the website and streaming audio is still down which is sad because that is how I normally listen.

Don’t mean to hijack the thread, but I am interested to know where you listen (home, work, car) and what objections (if any) you have to listening on AM 1100?

Macy,

I listened primarily at home a lot of time listening online and sometimes listening on the radio in my kitchen which got pretty clear reception. I like the music and the DJ's and I also listen to a couple of the national radio call in programs but I do wish that they were "live" more with local DJ's and not with national shows. I am probably younger then most of their demographic but I have always loved local AM radio. Radio personalities and content are everything when there are so many ways you can listen to music .
