Who are all the full time and part time On Air staff at WGRR? I know most but now all I want to know the ones that are not listed on thier Main Website.

WGRR Question

The problem is that since GRR "went stupid", they change jocks faster than Paris Hilton changes boyfriends. And they last about as long as an evening gown on Prom Night. They even had the sports guy from WLWT on not to long ago. I think the only standbys are LaBarbra and that annoying Chris and his wife in the mornings.

Noticed that Denny McKeown was promoted as being on 96.5 now.....have all of the talk shows been moved over to Supertalk?

Refresh me as to when WGRR "went stupid." In fact, can you define that term for me? In a previous post regarding the WGRR morning show you referred to "that wife of his" but never clarified what is so God-awful about their show (other than the fact that you don't like it).
For the record, the full time air staff includes Chris and Janeen in the morning, "Rockin' Ron" Schumacher on middays, Labarbara on afternoon drive, and Steve Mann pulling the night shift. Before the trade, Tom Kent's syndicated evening show filled the 7-12 slot. Scott Hurst does overnights during the week. The part time staff, as at most stations, could just as easily appear on WGRR as one of the sister stations in the Cumulus cluster.
Yes, the Saturday morning talk shows are now on "Supertalk FM 96.5".
I believe Steve was let go from WGRR when they were owned by CBS. He and JD Hughes went to work for Susquehanna and did fill-in work for WMOJ, WYGY, and WRRM. WGRR replaced Steve Mann with Tom Kent's syndicated show on weeknights.
Cumulus later bought the Susquehanna stations and traded for WGRR. Now they replaced Tom Kent with Steve Mann. I also heard JD Hughes on WGRR a few weeks ago.
I haven't heard Ernie Brown on WGRR since the station went to Cumulus.

Sorry that I offended your sensibilities. Actually the "gone stupid" should have been credited to several friends of mine who hate the change of format. Jeanine is actually a nice person, I hear, it's just that they turn off lots of listeners, who somehow liked to better when the station played music in the mornings. You didn't offend my sensibilities. You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but I'd like to see it backed up by some quantifiable evidence (such as Arbitron numbers that back up your assertion that talk in the morning sucks). Keep in mind that WGRR, like all commercial FMs, is driven by market demands and not individual listeners' desires. Stations that play only music in the morning are a rare commodity, regardless of the personalities.
