WGTN goes talk

I don't know when this happened, maybe a few days or weeks ago, but WGTN 1400 in Georgetown has flipped from their satellite Oldies format, to a news-talk format, going against WRNN and 1450 in Myrtle Beach.

They have Mancow in the Morning, followed by Dennis Miller at 11am, then John Gibson at 1, Lou Dobbs at 3pm, then Mark Levin from 6-10pm. Alan Colmes goes from 10pm-1am, and at 1am, Phil Hendrie comes on. The Wall Street Journal This Morning comes on at 5am till Mancow at 6.

They also have Fox Sports Radio on weekends. You can listen live at their website, wgtnradio.com.

I guess Bill Norman at WNMB is happy about that. He's now got oldies pretty much all to himself.

Later . . . .
