wgto/wdow-am now with local programming

The Indiana connection to this move being that WDOW AM was purchased by LeSea Broadcasting out of South Bend as part of a deal to get them WDOW-FM for their simulcast of "Pulse FM" ... WHPZ. The AM was a decent local station until LeSea came along ... since the purchase it has been simulcasting WHPZ.

It is good to see local content back on the station ...

Yep, Langford has been good to 910 AM. That freq was originally dropped into Mishawaka by the former WJVA’s Charlie Hayes as a replacement for 1580... It was never built and passed by WNDU as a possible replacement for their 1490 misfortune. It migrated to Michigan, signed-on oldies, and earned an audience. GOOD JOB, Larry!
